David Cook has provided a nice layout and nice graphics for the KPCCS pages. I am turning his layout into a Drupal template. Next step is getting all the kinks worked out.

The various coloured dotted lines are temporary. They are outlining the various individual pieces of the template. Once everything is positioned and spaced out properly, they will disappear.
